Spicy applesauce and sausage with eggs

Very easy and quick to make its so very good. Here in central Florida we have a melting pot from many countries. Mexico, Chinese, South and Central America, Haiti, Hawaii, United Kingdom, Germany, the list goes on forever. I go to a flea market with my dad every Wednesday. I see people eating fruit in a quart container with hot sauce or Tanjin. A chili pepper lime and salt seasoning so delicious. It inspired me to make this dish

Fresh Applesauce Fresh Applesauce
This applesauce is the applesauce I grew up on. Every fall our family would go apple picking. We came home with tons of apples and this applesauce was a favorite . It's ultra smooth and silky, sweet and tart as no sugar or sweetner is added. Of course you can add sweetner if you like. A blend of tart and sweet apples works best and having some red apples gives a beautiful pimk color to the applesauce. fenway -

Applesauce BBQ Chicken Applesauce BBQ Chicken
No real story behind this recipe; just want to add a few notes. I personally like to bake chicken better than fry in oil, so when I use this recipe, I modify it. I bake the chicken in the oven with the applesauce and BBQ mixture poured over it. It turns out really good and the flavor is so good too! Adrianna Morton -
Applesauce Applesauce
Just whipped this together at a buddies house, turned out really good. We added a bag of frozen strawberries and bananas to our's while it was cooking down and that was really delicious. After we were finished we had the idea to use some Fireball cinnamon whiskey in place of some of the water which would also probably be delicious! AndrewLorenz -

Applesauce Cake Applesauce Cake
I had some applesauce so I thought of making this. You can substitute applesauce with chopped fruits (dried or fresh) or jam. It is very easy to make, your little ones can help you stirring and adding things to the batter! My kids are not that fond of cinnamon, so I didn't add any. I think a sprinkle of cinnamon on top will give more oomph to this dish. Angela Mertoyono
