Cajun chicken meatballs with kale & collard green a brown rice

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsground chicken
  2. 1/2small onion
  3. 1/2red bell pepper
  4. 1/2yellow bell pepper
  5. 1/2small green apple
  6. 1/3 cupbread crumbs
  7. 1 tablespoonsground coriander
  8. 1 tablespoonCajun seasoning
  9. 1 tablespoonSage
  10. 1 tablespoonthyme

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix ground chicken with all finely cut, vegetables and apple. Add breadcrumbs and season. This is how it should look before cooked. You can make breakfast patty with it also.

  2. 2

    Cook meatballs on top of stove with a little olive oil. Use your favorite spaghetti sauce or make your own,¥ similar meatballs in the sauce. Make your brown rice cooking collard greens and kale
