Wanted a light salad to go with dinner.

My mom used to make this for me as a kid. I included bacon in the recipe, as that's how I used to eat it as a kid, but I didn't include it in the picture as I gave up pork over a year ago.

I was on a diet and got pretty sick of eating the same old chicken salads and the other regular boring salads so I decided to spice it up a little. Behold a delicious healthy spin on regular salad.
