Ingredients

  1. 1 headromaine lettuce
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1shallot
  5. Drizzle of olive oil
  6. Juice of half a lemon
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Seperate lettuce leaves.

    Rinse and soak lettuce.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and cut into quarters.

    Cut tomato into large pieces

  5. 5

    Thinly slice the shallot.

  6. 6

    Drain the lettuce.

  7. 7

    Chop the lettuce.

  8. 8

    Put veggies into a bowl.

  9. 9

    Add olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir.
