Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 3 cupsmaize grits
  2. Moringa leaves as required
  3. 5 tbspoil
  4. 5-7scented peppers
  5. 2onions
  6. Scallion
  7. Spices
  8. Seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    Wash maize grits and drain, remove moringa leaves from stem and wash, blend pepper and onion. Cut scallion into desired shape.

    Arrange a steamer and set on fire, mix maize with salt and 2 tbsp oil and steam for 10min. Bring down, add spices, seasonings, remaining oil, blended pepper, moringa and transfer back to the steamer, steam for 15mins or longer till it's done. Serve warm.
