Rinse your cow heels and boil them and boil them until they soft and tender.

While boiling then add the cubes and salt to taste.

Once they are almost boiled then add the periperi.

Now they soft, tender and you can serve them and pour periperi on a side plate when eating just dust your cow heel for your taste to enjoy them.
