I so much love rama. I learned how to cook it from my grand ma. She do add daddawa (locust beans)in hers but I didn't add in mine. But it was wow. she even teach me how to do the rama kwado. If u know you know it lols.

Steps

Firstly remove the rama from the stick.

In a pot pure enough water,put in the rama and let it boil. At this point you can add a bit kanwa (potassium) because of sour.

Wash it very well and set it aside.

In another pot fry your onions and pepper.

Add a bit water, maggi and meat/fish optional.

Add in the rama stir and cover it.

When done serve it with tuwon semo or tuwon masara.this is the local way of cooking rama
