Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2medium carrots grated
  3. 2 table spoonsugar
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2medium banana
  7. Milk
  8. 4big eggs
  9. 2 tbspoil or butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Preheat your pan and brush the pan with some oil and pour some batter into the pan, when the edges are brown and some bubbles affair at the cake the you turn the other side

  3. 3

    And leave to cook for a couple of seconds, remove from heat and serve
