Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt the salted butter in a pan, set aside.

In a large bowl, mash the banana, add the melted butter, egg and vanilla extract, stir it well. Then add the milk, and stir again until combine. ( you can use blender if you want ) then set aside.
- 3
Shift the flour and sugar, then add the milk mixture slowly, mix it well until combine and the thickness is enough for pancake, if too liquid you can add more flour.

Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioRatio:2 small bananas : 1 large egg1 large banana : 2 eggsWould you believe these pancakes are made with 2 ingredients only?! Yes you read it right. Its healthy, a combination of fruit and protein. No need for sugar since bananas are naturally sweet. You can also try adding some chocolate chips or dress them with syrup on top. They are pretty simple to make but its quite tricky especially the flipping part. I find it very important that you brush your pan with butter. Keep them small about 3inches so it would cook quickly and easier to flip. Before flipping, make sure the edges are set and the middle starts to bubble. Gently, and slowly lift half of the pancake and flip! Albee Charis Ponio -
