A friend of me sent me some dried scallops, and I wanted to turn them into something tasty. My city is getting colder at night (for our standard, that is. I live in the biggest archipelago in the world) so I wanted to make something warm. This dish is very simple and tasty. Adjust the salt to your liking. You might want to add more, but I think a pinch is enough.

This recipe contains the right balance diet. As u ol shud know, consuming too much carbohydrates is Sumhow bad to health that's u garnishing it wth veggies doz loads nd loads of gud to the system. Veggies r sources of vitamins.. It helps lower cholesterol levels nd also lowers d risk of heart diseases. While carbohydrates provides energy nd regulation of blood glucose. I've recently been ill and this is the first thing that came to mind. I remember being given a similar dish as a child when I had the flu, over the years I grew up and this is still one of the easiest and filling recipes on my list to make, with some tweaking to use my taste buds.

My weekly shopping was not done yet so I didn't have much available to make a quick and easy lunch so I came up with this. You can turn this into a dry dish using less water.
