    Soak the tamarind with hot water till it’s soft

    Add more water (if needed) and squeeze the tamarind.

    Sieve and add fresh squeezed lemon and ginger juice

  4. 4

    Add sugar syrup and stir

  5. 5

    And sliced cucumber, and mint leaves and allow the flavor to infuse

  6. 6

    When serving, add a slice of lemon and serve
