Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Eggs
  3. Onions, scotch bonnet, garlic(grinded)
  4. Oil
  5. Seasoning, spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel, chop and wash yam. Put in a pot and add water and boil until cooked, soft

  2. 2

    In a bowl mash d cooked yam, add in scotch bonnet, onions, garlic, seasonings and spices to taste and mix well

  3. 3

    Mold into balls using ur hands

  4. 4

    Deep into a whisked eggs and fry in a hot oil, fry it until golden brown. Serve
