Ingredients

  1. 500 gbeef
  2. 1Sliced onions
  3. 1Sliced capsicum
  4. 1Sliced green scotch bonnet
  5. 3Sliced red scotch bonnet
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1stock cube
  8. 1/2 tablespoonginger and garlic
  9. Sauce
  10. 1 cupbeef stock
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. 1 tablespooncorn flour /starch
  13. Salad
  14. 1/2 bunchLettuce
  15. 1/2medium sized cabbage
  16. 1 1/2cucumber
  17. 2large carrots
  18. 1small onion
  19. For dressing
  20. 2 tablespoonolive oil
  21. 1 pinchsalt
  22. 1/2 tablespoonpepper
  23. A fewdrizzle of vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    If the meat is still tough you can drizzle some water, reduce the heat and close the pot let it simmer for some minutes, add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric which is optional, then add the remaining Sliced onions, capsicum and pepper, stir fry for 5 minutes and remove from heat

    Wash the meat and set aside, heat 2 spoons of oil in a pot and saute some onions add the meat and season with salt, used this ginger and garlic to make ginger paste, add 1/2 tablespoon in the meat and keep stirring

    For the sauce add 1 cup of beef stock in a pot, add 1/2 cup of water and boil, mix one spoon of corn starch and 3 spoons of water, to thicken the sauce remove from heat and serve, garnish as desired

    Wash and cut all the vegetables as desired, drizzle oil vinegar salt and pepper and toss. Serve and enjoy!
