Ingredients

  1. 200 gred / brown rice
  2. 200 mlGotukola (centella asiatica) juice
  3. 1 cupCoconut milk
  4. 12.5 litters water
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice. Put in to a sauce pan. Add the water. Heat for 25 minutes. Until the rice breaks up.

    For centella asiatica juice. Wash Gotukola and blend with water. Strain the juice. And keep a side.

  3. 3

    Add the coconut milk and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the Gotukola juice. and cook for 2 minutes.

    Serves hot.
