Seen already made ones at sams club and it looked good, but i wanted more so i got some croissants and a thing of chicken salad to make it . I did this for a dinner on a store day , but i also wanted to roll into lunches. This worked out great i had some lettuce I needed to use up and this was perfect for that.

I used Kewpie House's "Christmas Tree de Potato Salad"recipe as the base for my idea.I leave the potatoes a bit hard and make sure not to mash them too much so you can enjoy the potato chunks in the salad. I don't have a star shaped cutter, I so cut the carrots into s by hand but it was harder than I expected. Recipe by kurolabu428
