Cooking Instructions

Start by activating the yeast in a small bowl add warm milk, yeast plus a table spoon of sugar stir and leave it to prove for 5 mins

In a large bowl sift flour. Add in sugar, salt, 1 egg and melted butter or margarine in corporate every thing well

Slowly add in the yeast milk mixture and start kneading until the dough is soft and elastic place your dough to rise in a warm place for an hour

After the dough has doubled in size punch the air out and form small balls
- 5
Cover them for ten minutes and start rolling out keep sausage in the center and cut up and form like a caterpillar shape

Roll the other sausage around the dough leave the dough for ten minutes the egg wash the top surface and some cheese,grated carrot and capsicum

Add some sesame seeds its optional if you have and bake in a pre heated oven 225C for 10-15 minutes till golden brown
