Ingredients

  1. Fish roll dough
  2. Flour, baking powder, margarine n salt
  3. Meat roll dough
  4. 1 cupflour, 1 egg
  5. Baking powder n pinch of salt
  6. Fillings
  7. Fish n meat
  8. Tarugu, onion
  9. Maggi, spices n salt
  10. Cabbage n carrot
  11. Oil 4 deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cook ur meat n fish separately wt salt jajjajen tarugu n onion, add maggi n spices

    Meat should soak all its stock then pound it in a mortar n debone ur fish n set aside

    Fry d other half of d jajjaje wt oil

    For dough of fish roll mix d ingredients together with warm water n make a soft dough

  5. 5

    For d meat roll mix all d ingredients together with warm water. Make a watery batter n make pancakes wt it wt little oil

    Slice ur cabbage n grate ur carrot. Mix d meat n meant wt d fried jajjaje mix n set aside. Dissolve little flour wt water 2 seal d roll

    Now roll d meat,cabbage n carrot in d fried pancakes n seal u could use thread or tooth pick if it doesn't hold

    Make small balls from d fish roll dough n flatten out den add ur fish mixture, roll n seal be sure 2 seal all edges n set aside

  9. 9

    Deep fry both n serve warm.
