  2. 1Onion
  3. 1/2 stalkCelery
  4. 1/2Broccoli
  5. 1Carrot
  6. Yogurt
  7. to tasteSalt & pepper
  8. Water to cover vegetables
  9. Corn starch (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring all the vegetables to boil until soft.

  2. 2

    Let it cool for a while and then mix it using a mixer, until all the vegetables become smooth.

  3. 3

    Add the yogurt and corn starch if you want to make it more creamy.
