  1. 2 CupsBeans(Washed and skin peeled removed)
  2. Fresh pepper
  3. Crayfsh
  4. Salt
  5. Cinnamon powder
  6. Veg oil (for deep frying)

    Pour ur already washed beans into ur blender,add ur pepper and little water and blend till smooth and set aside.

    Pour the content from d blender into a bowl and add Salt,crayfish and Cinnamon and beat very well.

    In a frying pan,heat up ur oil till its very hot,begin to scoop in ur blended bean paste to desired sizes,turning almost immediately.

    Reduce d heat and continue frying till its golden brown and done.

    Ur Akara is ready, enjoy with Any type of pap,custard,bread.
