What does one do with left over chips?

This is a perfect recipe to describe best out of the waste. One day I had left over chips and chicken so I prepared this and it turned out to be tasty.

I had some left over kale from my soup. The red wine vinegar gives it a kick.

I love vinegar and salt potato chips this is a low carb version. I fried them in coconut oil.
