Ingredients

1 cupthinly sliced radishes
1 cupoil for frying
1 cupvinegar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
To tastesalt and pepper after frying
To tasteground black pepper optional
1 quartjar

Steps

Take the radish slices lay flat on parchment paper and heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Do this in batches if necessary.

Heat the vinegar

Pat the radishes dry. Then put all the chips into the jar. Add the measured salt and pepper.

Add the vinegar to the radishes in the jar.

Let cool, refrigerate for for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Take the radishes out of the vinegar and save the vinegar. Gently pat the chips dry.

Heat the oil and fry in batches.

When done add to paper towels to absorb excessive oils.

Season with salt. Repeat this till done. Salt and Pepper. If necessary.
