This is something totally different than what I usually make. This recipe is not for weightwatchers. But if you have a family member (or a husband) that likes to buy potato chips but just eats a little and leaves it forgotten in the cupboard then this recipe is perfect for you, as long as the potato chips are not expired yet.

Ingredients

30mins
3 servings
  1. 500 gmchicken breast slices
  2. 200 gmpotato chips
  3. 2-3large eggs
  4. Salt (optional)

Cooking Instructions

30mins
  1. 1

Prepare the chicken slices by making sure they're thin (thicker ones will cause extra work later on)

  2. 2

Crush potato chips in a bowl. Your hand will be in pa.in after this, unless you use a blender.

  3. 3

Mix eggs in a bowl. This is where you add salt, if needed. I didn't add salt because the potato chips were heavily salted already from the pack.

  4. 4

Dip chicken slices in egg and coat with the crushed potato chips. Use high to medium flame, non stick frying pan with a little bit of cooking oil (you can keep adding later if you want). Make sure both sides are cooked.

  5. 5

Put the chicken aside on a kitchen towel to absorb oil. Serve hot with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
