Ingredients

  1. 3 cupswhite rice (rice for tuwon shinkafa)
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspyeast
  4. 1 tbspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Method ! Place u rice in a bowl

    Wash and rinse the rice

  3. 3

    Soak for 3 hours

  4. 4

    Blend in a high speed blander until smooth

  5. 5

    Transfer it into a bowl add 1 cup of the blended rice in a small bowl and reserve the remaining batter

    Boil some water in a pot and add it to that one cup of the batter whisk well unit thick and smooth allow it to cool completely

    Transfer the remaining reserved batter in a big bowl

    Stir in the thick mixture

    Add yeast and stir well until well combined

    Cover with a sling film and place in a warm place for 1 hr

    Add sugar, salt and baking powder stir well

    Grease a non stick pan with some oil

    Add I cup of prepared sinasir batter in the pan

  14. 14

    Cover the pan and allow to cook under medium low for 5 min

  15. 15

    U sinasir is ready u can serve it with soup or honey syrup
