Cooking Instructions

Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Beat the egg with sugar and milk until well combined, then pour over the prepared bread.

Slice the banana and add it to the mixture. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle a little sugar.

Microwave for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is cooked through. Microwave in 30-second intervals, checking to see if the mixture is set. If it's still liquid, continue microwaving until fully cooked.
