Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boiled the tamarind cloves cinnamon and set aside to cool

    Wash the ginger and grate it

  3. 3

    Add the grated ginger with the tamarind mix them together and sieve out the water to collect the juice then add sugar to taste. Refrigerate and serve chilled
