Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Red oil
  3. Cray fish
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Red bell pepper
  6. Seasoning
  7. Salt
  8. Dried fish

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the beans for 5mnts in water, put in a mortar and pound a little to remove the outer crust then wash

  2. 2

    Blend the pepper, onions and scotch bonnet and pour in a pot of heated red oil and fry

  3. 3

    Add the beans and allow to cook until soft then add dried fish, Cray fish, seasoning and allow to cook for 10mnts

  4. 4

    Served with tuwo
