Peel and cut the potato into cubes wash and boils it with salt

Wash the tomatoes onions cabbage and cut into pieces

Grind the scotch bonnet,set a frying pan on fire with 2sp oil when hot add the grind bonnet and chopped onions and stir,add the boiled potato cabbage and tomatoes maggi curry salt and stir leave for 3mins then remove from the fire and serve jollof rice or couscous
