White rice with Mongolian chicken stew,Green salad and champman

Ingredients

  1. Shredded chicken
  2. 3medium tomatoes
  3. 1scotch bonnet
  4. 2red bell pepper
  5. 1medium onion
  6. 1big garlic
  7. 1medium ginger
  8. 1/2tspn honey
  9. 4maggi
  10. Cumin
  11. Cardamom
  12. Flour
  13. Corn flour
  14. Rice
  15. Lettuce,Green pp,Cucumber and cooked carrots
  16. Concentrate hibiscus 1cup,35cl sprite and 35cl fanta

Cooking Instructions

    Heat some oil in a pan and add in the mix chicken. Fry till golden brown

    In a pot add in tomatoes,Scott bonnet,red bell pepper,onions,cardamom,ginger,garlic and Maggie

  3. 3

    Add 1cup of water and set on fire till all cooked

  4. 4

    Remove the ingredients and blend them

  5. 5

    In the mixture add in cornflour,soy sauce,and honey then stir well

  6. 6

    Set the fried shredded chicken and add the mixture then paste

  7. 7

    Add in spring onions and simmer for 5minutes

  8. 8

    Cook rice and keep aside

  9. 9

    Cut your green pp,lettuce,Cucumber,add cooked carrots and mayonnaise then mix throughly

    1cup concentrate hibiscus,35cl fanta and 35cl sprite

  11. 11

    Pour them together and stir well then served chill

  12. 12
