Jollof macaroni and speg

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Halfpack of spaghetti
  2. Halfpack of macaroni
  3. 5 piecesSweet pepper
  4. Veg oil
  5. 2balls of fresh tomatoes
  6. Pepper
  7. Maggi and salt
  8. Curry

Cooking Instructions

    Par boil the macaroni and spaghetti. Put in the colander

  2. 2

    Blend pepper and sweet pepper not to smooth. Slice the tomatoes separately

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and fry the blended and the tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add a glass of water and put half teaspoon of curry. Add 5 cube maggi and salt to your taste. leave to boil.

    Put in the spaghetti and macaroni. Stir till it mixed together. Add half glass cup of water

  6. 6

    Cover to steam together for 15 to 20 mins.. Put down when ready

  7. 7

    Serve and eat
