Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 cuppowdered milk
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 tbspyeast
  6. 1 cupcoconut milk
  7. Shredded coconut
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. 1/3 cupbutter
  10. Brown sugar
  11. Vanilla flavour

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, milk and salt together.

    In a bowl, add 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, yeast, eggs, sugar and whisk them well.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients(including coconut milk and melted butter) to form a soft dough. Cover and allow to double in size.

    Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, brush the dough with butter and spread shredded coconut and brown sugar onto the butter and roll it tightly.

    Cut into pieces with a knife

    Grease the baking tray with butter and place the roll dough on baking tray and grease them with egg. Cover and allow to rise for 15mins.

    Pre heat the oven and bake for 20 to 25mins.

Hi, after i mixed everything together it was very wet, so i added more flour. Also how u keep it so moist after baking, like on ur photo? Thanks.
