In a bowl whisk the all purpose flour baking soda cornflour and set aside

In another bowl beat the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy

Add in milk vanilla extract mix well

Fold the dry ingredients in wet mix well add chocolate chips again mix

Grease cake tin,place cookie dough,press dough evenly into the tin

Place cake tin in preheated oven,bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean

Once done remove from oven and let it cool

U can decorate it with whipped cream or enjoy without any topping
