Khaman dhokla
Steps

Sieve the gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add semolina and sugar. Add water and mix well.

Add lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chilli paste and mix well. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes add oil and mix. Add fruit salt mixed with some water. Stir well.

Take a cake tin and grease with some oil. Pour the batter into the tin.

Take water in steamer and heat, place the tin into the steamer and cover the lid.

Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame.

Open the lid and check with the help of a knife. Turn of the flame and keep aside.

Heat a tadka pan, add mustard, green chillies, curry leaves and fry for few seconds.

Add salt and water. Add some water. Turn of the flame.

Take out the dhokha from the tin with the help of a knife.

Cut it into pieces.
