Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupplain Greek yogurt
  2. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  3. 2/3 cupunsweetened low fat milk
  4. 1 tbspchia seeds
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 2 tbsphoney or maple syrup (you can skip it too)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl

    Spoon into a jar with a lid

  3. 3

    Close and refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    Enjoy healthy smoothie in the morning breakfast
