Potatoes bread buns

A healthier version of bread, it’s healthy for the bones and teeth as potatoes is rich in magnesium, potassium, niacin, B6, donate and vitamin c. Apart from being healthy it’s also very delicious. You can make it in a loaf pan if you prefer a bread loaf and save your self the stress but I want to use mine for a classic beef burger hence the reason I made them in a buns shape #Ramadhanrecipecontest

Ramadan Pide (Turkish Bread) Ramadan Pide (Turkish Bread)
Since I love this pide eaten during Ramadan, I created my own recipe. The dough is relatively soft. For those using bread flour, adjust the moisture content as you go.Since it is hard to reduce the amount of the egg yolk, I use one egg's worth. There will be some extra left over, so use it for another menu item. For 1 large loaf. Recipe by hisosari cookpad.japan -

I like similar bread sold at my neighbor bakery. They sell a loaf for about 400 yen, so I tried to make one for myself.I still have to improve how to shape the bread. If you don't have a loaf tin, divide the dough into 8 portions at Step 5 and bake in a baking tray. Or you can use an empty biscuit tin lined with baking paper. Recipe by Mamu cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Moist Anpan (Bread Roll filled with Anko) Fluffy Moist Anpan (Bread Roll filled with Anko)
I wanted to stuff my mouth with freshly baked anko bread, so I came up with this recipe after many experimentation. The length of time it takes to bake the bread will depend on your oven, so keep and eye on the oven. I think they'd look cute and be a lot easier for kids to eat if you make mini anpan by halving the quantity of dough and anko you use for each bun. Recipe by Kaorucchi cookpad.japan -

Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine
I like sausage bread so I make them often, but twisting the dough around the sausages is pretty hard. So I thought up an easy but still attractive way to make the rolls.I always pay attention to how much the dough rises. The rolls may look complicated, but they are actually easy. I used to use sausages on skewers or use two small ones at once before I found these sausages. These ones have 8 per package, and are just right for making this sausage bread.
