Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWhipping cream
  2. 1 cupMango puree
  3. 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  4. 1/4 cupButter scotch syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Whip up the cream till soft peaks.

    Mix in mango puree softly.

  3. 3

    Add in vanilla essence and butter scotch syrup. Mix gently.

    Pour in air tight container and keep in freezer till set.

    Serve chilled.

    Tips -

    I hv used Tropolite whipped cream, in this there is no need to add sugar.

  8. 8

    If you want you can add sugar to taste.
