  1. 6 slicesbread
  2. 1sardine
  3. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  4. Butter
  5. Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sardine with mayonnaise very well

  2. 2

    Spread bread with butter then followed by ketchup

  3. 3

    Place slice of bread on a clean toaster and fill with sardine mix. Cover with another slice of bread and allow to toast for some time

  4. 4

    Open when done and place on a clean plate

  5. 5

    Make tea by boiling mint leaf, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and camomile tea. Strain and add lemon and honey to taste. Serve hot
