Ingredients

  1. Mint
  2. Lemon
  3. Sugar
  4. Vanilla or mint essence
  5. Ice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the to remove all sand and dirt and set aside.

    Squeeze out the lemon juice set aside

  3. 3

    Boil water and pour on the mint leaves cover for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Open and let it cool for some mins.Drain the mint water with a siever add lemon juice and sugar stir till sugar dissolved.

    Add in ice block and vanilla essence and serve...
