Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgCarrots grated
  2. 1 ltrMilk
  3. 200 gmsSugar
  4. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  5. 1 tbspGhee
  6. 1 tspKhus khus / poppy seeds
  7. 1/4 cupNuts and cherries

Cooking Instructions

    In a thick bottom pan heat ghee.

    Add grated carrots. Cook till water absorbs.

  3. 3

    Add milk and stir continously. Let it boil and cook till milk thickens.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cardamon powder, some nuts and khus khus. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Garnish with some nuts.
    It can be serve hot or cold.

    Enjoy Gajjeralla with Garama Garam Rabdi
