Mix flour yeast and sugar together add your warm water or milk into it and give it a good mix. Set aside in a warm place to rise for abt 45- 1hour

Place some vegetable oil into a deep bottom frying pan and place on the stove. Knock out the air bubble out of the flour mixture scoop with your hand or use spoon to drop it in the oil. Stir at interval so it doesn't burn

Drizzle some caramel shrub on it enjoy with a cup of hot chocolate.
