Ingredients

  1. 1/2kilo of beef
  2. 5 piecescow leg
  3. 1/2kilo of offal
  4. 1 bunchonion spring (lawashi)
  5. 1small bunch of spinach
  6. 1hand full of Yakuwa
  7. 4 cubesmaggi
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Palm oil
  10. 1big onions
  11. Groundnut paste
  12. 1small bowl of pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash meat and cook for 20mins.cook cow leg and offals in pressure for 20 and set aside.

    Cut spinash,yakuwa and onions spring and set a side.

  3. 3

    In a pot pour palm oil,add onion,grounded pepper and fry for 10 mins pour water and meat stock,add assorted meat to cook for few mins,then spinach,Maggi,groundnut paste,salt to cook for 10 and serve
