Ingredients

  1. Chicken Marinade
  2. Chicken breast
  3. Liquid seasoning
  4. Garlic powder
  5. Ground Coriander
  6. Black pepper
  7. Chicken coat
  8. Tablespoonflour
  9. Tablespooncorn flour
  10. 1egg
  11. Chicken dressing
  12. TablespoonMayo
  13. Tablespoonketchup
  14. Tablespoonchili sauce
  15. Teaspoonyaji
  16. Teaspoonground scotch bonnets

Cooking Instructions

    Cube chicken Breast nicely. Marinade with liquid maggi and Black pepper.

    Add garlic powder and coriander powder.

  3. 3

    In a plate, sieve equal amounts of flour and corn flour. Whick an egg in another and season with Salt and Curry. Coat chicken in Flour mixture and then egg and finally in Flour mixture and fry until golden brown

    In a bowl mix the dressing and completely coat the chicken.

  5. 5

    Serve in a champagne glass or glass bowl sprinkled with greens.
