Ingredients

  1. 2Banana
  2. Dates 3 or brown sugar 1 tbsp
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. cubesIce

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender add in banana & dates. If you dont have dates substitute it with brown sugar.

    Next add in milk and ice cubes too.

  3. 3

    Blend it very well.

  4. 4

    A healthy drink is ready especially for kids !!
