Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 2large onion
  3. Handfulpeanuts
  4. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1 cupboiled potatoes
  6. 1 teaspoonginger finely chopped
  7. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. leavesFew curry
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil to fry
  11. 2-3Green chiles
  12. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the poha. Drain the water. In a pan oil then add mustard seeds, then add curry leaves

    Now add chopped green chiles and peanuts. Now add the chopped onion and saute it till pink. Then add ginger finely chopped and. diced boiled potatoes. Add turmeric powder. Mix them well for 2-3 min. Now put the poha. Add salt. Now cover the khadi and mix it with light hand by tossing it. So that the poha doesn't break.

    After mixing sprinkle some water. Mix it. Add some sugar and cover it for 2-3 min so that the sugar get melts. Now open and serve it. Add lemon juice.
