Kanda poha is a very healthy breakfast, easy to make and delicious in taste
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the poha and keep aside.
- 2
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds Sauté for half a minute and add onions and green chillies and continue to sauté.
- 3
Add potatoes, turmeric powder salt, red chilli powder and mix.
- 4
Add the soaked poha and garam masala and mix well.
- 5
Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
