Authentic simple and easy Aloo gosht salan /mutton potato salan
Cooking Instructions

First of all in a pot add oil and sliced cutted onions and add mutton with ginger/garlic paste and cover the lid to make it tender

When the meat become tender add yogurt and cook it for 10 minutes until it releases it's oil
- 3
Then add grinded tomatoes and all the spices except garam masala and cook it properly till the oil comes out

Then add potatoes cut into 4 pieces and 2 glass of water for the gravy and cover the lid for 15 minutes in very slow flame

When potatoes become tender then add garam masala powder in the end garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and green chillies, serve with boiled rice or chapaty
