Garlic Paste (Lahsan ka Paste)

I usually use fresh garlic in cooking yet Garlic paste is an essential item for meaty dishes as garlic not only enhances the flavour it helps in reducing particular meat smell as well & it is gud for health too.I dnt add oil in paste as it is used sometime in raita & chutney as well.if you are making big badges of paste then directly store in freezer & keep that much amount in fridge which can be consumed early.

Cooking Instructions

Main chiila hua lahsun (peeled garlic) sy paste nahi bnati.sabit lahsun lein ky ghar main peel krti houn aur top & end ko zaror trim krti houn

Peeled garlic ko wash krlain.add in blender
- 3
Add just a pinch of pinch of haldi (literally a touch only) and some water in blender

Blend till garlic becomes smooth & blend nicely into a paste.dnt use too much water otherwise it would be runny

Take out the blend paste in a jar, bottle, or box. rinse the blender with little water & pour in paste to get a blended texture. Garlic paste is ready to use in cooking. keep refrigerated.
