Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tblsbutter
  3. Halfcup of water
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Sugar syrup:
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. 3-4Cardamom
  10. Halfjuice of lemon
  11. Saffrons few

Cooking Instructions

    Now take plain flour and butter and pinch of salt mix them properly.now add some water to make a dough.

    The thickness of the dough should be hard of chapati dough.now add water by little.make a dough.and rest for 30min tym.

    Now take a pan add 1cup of water and 1 cup of sugar.mix it well till boil.it will get thicker.

    Now we will take a dough now we will make a bolls of dough.place it on a chapati rolling stand.now dust the flour.now press it and start rolling in round shape.you have to roll it thinner.now it's tym to make the shape of rectangular and cut it.

    Now cut the straight line in the end of rectangle.when you will come to end leave some gaps.take a smoll bowl of water.wet the corners of rectangle.so it's become easier to stick.

    Now again wet the corner of rectangle.now fold the shape.now apply water on corner edges and bend it towards inwards.repeat it for the same end.press it nicely.

    Now come to inwards part.and slpit it into halves.one tip of the shape bring it into the gap.now bring it back and pull it forwards.just shake it. Now you will get a shape.repeat same process and make the others shape of it.

    Now it's time to look on a sugar syrup.now add the cardamon and add few drops of saffrons.it well get thicker.give it a mix add lemon juice.it will get crystalized.

    Now heat up the oil and add these rectangles into oil.on a medium flame fry until it geta golden.

    When rectangles are ready add them in a sugar syrup.for 30 mins it will absorb the sugar syrup.it's ready to serve.
