Cooking Instructions

Wash meat and marinate it with vinegar ginger garlic paste, and all spice mention above, and keep in fridge for at least 3 hrs.

Add corn flour white flour baking powder and mix. Deep fry it and keep aside.

For Sauce
in a pan take 4 tbsp oil fry 2 tbsp chopped garlic cloves then add cube cut capsicum onion carrot and fry for 5 min at high flame.

Now add tomato paste Dipitt Soy Sauce hot Chilli Sauce and Habanero Ketchup add black pepper Salt, chilli flakes, and cook now add fried meat cook for 5 min

Add cornflour cook for 2 min and serve hot you can adjust the consistency as per your liking.

For chilli oil

Take one cup oil and 2 tbsp freshly grated chilli flakes, seasme seeds 1 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, star anise 1, fennel seed 1 tsp, bay leaves 1, cinnamon stick 1 piece. Mix everything in cold oil.

Heat the oil until chilli flakes start to burn close flame and bring it at room temp drain the oil and keep it in bottles use in your all chinnese dishes.
