  1. For kababs
  2. 1/2 kgbeef boti
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 4large green chillies
  5. 1/2 bunchfresh coriander
  6. 1 inchpiece ginger
  7. 6 clovepeeled garlic
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Oil for fry as required
  12. For curry
  13. 1onion chopoed
  14. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tspred chilli powder
  16. 2 tspcoriander powder
  17. 1/2turmeric powder
  18. 2tomatoes
  19. 4 tbspyogurt
  20. 1 cupoil
  21. Some green chillies and coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take beef boti put it in chopper and grind well

  2. 2

    Now put fresh ingredients and also chopped well

  3. 3

    Now mix it into ground beef properly and add chopped coriander

  4. 4

    Now add dry masala and mix well

  5. 5

    Make kababs and fry in this stage we half done the kabab because we cook them in our curry

    Now for curry heat oil and add onion and saute

  7. 7

    Now add dry ingredients tomatoes and yogurt

  8. 8

    Cook until oil separates

  9. 9

    Add half done kababs and add water and cook for half an hour on low flame or until done

  10. 10

    Garnish and serve with naan or chapati
