The very first compliment which I received from my FIL was that yeah roti BHT achi bnati ha Meri ammi ke jesi bilkul♥️.

I am making roti for my family since long time but still I can't say myself a perfect Roti Maker. Roti is one dish which I firmly believe that it's results depend on so many factors like weather, dough formation and mood of cook. If you are in pleasant mood then your roti will become perfect. For me joy is needed for making achi roti.

In our family we use chakki ka atta for our daily roti and chapatties.
The secret behind my chapatties are that I always make a medium soft dough and rub dough gently for few minutes. For me roti gol honay se zada roti naram hona zaroori ha.
